Privacy Policy

RenoTrack helps you plan and organize a home renovation. Roscommon Group LLC does not operate a custom backend, advertising service, or analytics tracker for RenoTrack.

Your projects, budgets, expenses, bids, decisions, payment milestones, photos, documents, room layouts and profile are stored in a protected local cache and synchronized using Apple CloudKit. Your own records are in the private database associated with your Apple Account. Roscommon Group cannot browse your private database through the developer console. This uses your iCloud storage and is subject to Apple’s iCloud terms and privacy policy.

When you invite someone, Apple CloudKit sharing gives the people you select access to that project. A partner can have read/write access; other participants can have read-only access. Invited participants need iCloud and RenoTrack. You control invitations through the system sharing interface. Revocation prevents future access through the share but cannot erase copies someone already made.

Receipt recognition, supported text drafting, weekly-update drafting and document-title search are processed on your device. We do not send project content to a third-party AI service. Saved drafts, receipts and other project records may subsequently sync to your iCloud as part of your project. The app does not automatically send a draft to your partner.

Apple handles purchases, subscription eligibility and billing. RenoTrack checks signed StoreKit entitlements on your device. We do not receive your card details. Apple push notifications signal project changes; local notifications may display decision titles, costs and schedule effects on your device. You control notification previews in iOS Settings.

Photo selection uses the system picker, and document imports use the system file picker. Only selected files are copied into RenoTrack. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send. Please avoid including unnecessary financial or household documents.

Edits and deletions synchronize, so sync is not an independent backup. Subscription expiry does not delete project data. For privacy questions or help managing data, contact matt@roscommon-group.com. Apple may independently collect diagnostic and service data under its own policies.
