Terms of Use
Effective October 5, 2026. Lumen Deep is provided by Roscommon Group LLC. By using the app, you agree to these terms and applicable Apple terms.
Use and limitations
Lumen Deep is a fictional game, not diving advice or an accurate marine simulation. In-game light has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed or transferred. An unsuccessful dive loses its unbanked light. Previously saved upgrades remain. Progress is local; keep device backups if it matters to you.
Payment
The planned App Store price is US$5.99 once or the local price shown by Apple. There are no subscriptions, advertisements, or in-app purchases. All upgrades use light earned by playing. Apple processes purchases and refunds. TestFlight access is for testing and does not charge the retail price.
Availability, compatibility, and future updates are not guaranteed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is and as available without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Roscommon Group LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the app. To the extent lawful, aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Waterline in the preceding twelve months or US$100. Mandatory consumer protections and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Disputes
Before formal proceedings, send written notice describing the dispute and requested relief and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Except for eligible small-claims cases, public injunctive relief where applicable and claims that cannot lawfully be arbitrated, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs. Arbitration will be remote where available or in Bellevue, Washington, unless applicable law or arbitration rules require otherwise. Roscommon Group will pay fees it is required to pay under those rules. Claims must be brought individually, not as class or representative actions, to the extent permitted by law.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days after first accepting these terms by contacting support with your name, the date of acceptance and a clear statement that you opt out. For disputes not subject to arbitration, Washington law and the state and federal courts in King County apply, subject to mandatory consumer rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective.
